History & Mission

The Sierra Nevada Fine Furniture Makers Guild (SNFFMG) is a group of serious furniture makers of all skill levels dedicated to the education, advocacy, and advancement of the art of fine furniture making.

We are an inclusive group promoting excellence in the design and execution of all types of fine furniture.    We also work to advocate and educate the public of the value and lasting worth of fine handcrafted furniture.  The Guild provides opportunities for members to showcase their work through member’s website galleries and we plan to host regularly scheduled shows in the future.
